The cost to supply nbn® services has increased, including the amount we pay nbn for wholesale access to their network. This means our retail prices need to go up. The decision to increase prices hasn’t been made lightly but is important to maintain our levels of service and reliability.

For all existing customers impacted by price increases, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice.

Existing customers don’t need to do anything, and the pricing changes will be reflected on the first invoice after 30 July 2025.

Any customer connecting to a Dodo internet service between 30 June 2025 and 29 July 2025 who has a plan that increases in price will receive a credit equal to the price increase for their plan on the first invoice they receive post 30 July.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, our Financial Hardship Policy outlines options available to assist you

Any discounts, whether they are promotional offers or our energy chip in discounts, will remain on our customer’s services after the price change.

It is likely other providers will increase their prices.

Our plans are month-to-month with no exit fees, so customers are free to choose a different plan at any time. Customers can review all our plans and/or make a change easily in MyDodo.

For speed downgrades, it’ll happen on the next invoice date. For plan upgrades, it’ll happen when the speed increases, soon after the plan change is requested.

Yes, we allow one plan change per month through MyDodo so that customers can find the right plan for their household.

Speed changes

nbn is increasing the speeds on speed tiers for FTTP and HFC customers so we are passing these increases on to our customers.

Not all plans are increasing in speed. Customers with a nbn100 or Superfast plan that use either nbn FTTP or HFC technology will have a speed increase later this year.

We are working towards rolling out the speed increases in the second half of September 2025. We will let customers know closer to the date when this will happen and whether there’s anything they will need to do to take advantage of the higher speeds available.
