Dodo nbn plan and pricing changes

The cost of supplying nbn^® services has increased, including wholesale network access. To keep delivering reliable service and great value, prices on some plans are going up. We know changes like this aren’t ideal, and this decision hasn’t been made lightly.

For all existing customers impacted by price increases, we’ll provide at least 30 days' written notice.

Existing customers don’t need to do anything - the pricing changes will be reflected on the first invoice after 1 July 2026.

Any customer connecting to a Dodo internet service between 30 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 who has a plan that increases in price will receive a credit equal to the price increase for their plan on the first invoice they receive after 1 July.

Any discounts, whether they are promotional offers or our energy chip in discounts, will remain on our your services after the price change.

Yes. Several major telcos already increased nbn prices before Dodo.

From time to time, we review your usage and may recommend moving you to another plan with a different plan speed that better suits your need. But don’t worry, we’ll always let you know before making any changes. And please note - after the change, you’re free to switch plans again whenever you like if you find the plan isn’t meeting your needs.

Our plans are month-to-month with no exit fees, so you are free to choose a different plan at any time. You can check out all our plans and/or make a change in MyDodo or via the Dodo app.

For speed downgrades, it’ll happen on the next invoice date. For plan upgrades, it’ll happen soon after the plan change is requested.
