The cost to supply nbn services has increased, which means our retail prices for most plans are going up. The decision to increase prices hasn’t been made lightly but is important to maintain our levels of service and reliability. The price for Home Superfast has come down to bring it more in line with others in the market.

From 3 July, our new prices* will be as follows:

For all existing customers impacted by price increases, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice. For customers with a price reduction, we may provide less notice.

You don’t need to do anything, and the pricing changes will be reflected on your first invoice after 3 July 2024.

Any customer who joined between 1 May 2024 and 3 July 2024 will receive a $3.90 credit for the first invoice received post 3 July.

Any discounts, whether they are promotional offers or our energy chip in discounts, will remain on our customer’s services after the price change.

It is likely other providers will increase their prices.

Our plans are month-to-month with no exit fees, so customers are free to choose a different plan or cancel their service at any time. Please note, any outstanding hardware repayments or return obligations will remain applicable. Customers can review all our plans and/or make a change easily in MyDodo.

It will depend on a few factors. For speed downgrades, it’ll happen on the next bill date. For plan upgrades, it’ll happen soon after the plan change is requested.

Yes, we allow one plan change per month through MyDodo so that customers can find the right plan for their household.
